Belmont Health Cafe are open from 10am-12pm for free health checks with our friendly nursing staff 👩⚕️, polymer clay art session, morning tea and chats with new friends ☕, memory games such as health bingo.
These sessions are completely free and offer a great opportunity to try activities that can help increase your social connections and provide access to valuable health information, supporting you to age gracefully.
