Researchers at the University of Newcastle are looking for adults (+18 years) with a functional GI disorders such as IBS or functional dyspepsia, to participate in 8 weeks of free exercise training, supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Sessions will follow and 8-week control period and participants will undergo testing of their health and fitness before and after the intervention.

People with conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and functional dyspepsia or a range of gastrointestinal symptoms. Participants will be required to attend the University of Newcastle Callaghan campus to attend the exercise sessions 3 x weekly.  They will be recruiting until July.  If you would like to participate visit the website link or email [email protected]
