Songs were the history books in times past.  On the February 24th edition of Classic Folk, the impact of the Serbian-Croatian conflict on everyday life (Ralph McTell), discovering the Palmer Goldfields in Far North Queensland (Kamerunga), and Bob Corbett’s story of Newcastle’s first electric lighting – in Lambton.
