Peter Mullen, ND, DBM, DHM, DRM, Fellow of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.

A love of helping people drove Peter Mullen to take up naturopathy more than 25 years ago. Since that time, he has become one of Australia’s leading naturopaths and has helped thousands of people achieve their health goals.

Peter has built Mullen Natural Health Centre based on his principles of honesty, integrity and respect, and remains the driving force behind the business today.

Peter has undertaken studies in the areas of Clinical Nutrition, Natural Fertility Management and has additional diplomas in Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy and Remedial Therapy.

He is also an advanced Hemaview Practitioner and a Frequency Specific Microcurrent Practitioner.

Peter specialises in Iridology, children’s health, digestive disorders and helping people manage complex health conditions like cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

Peter also has a particular interest in working out the cause of health complaints that have been plaguing patients for a long time – they often call him their ‘last hope’.

When he’s not at work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, preferably holidaying somewhere nice like Noosa. If he can’t get that far away, swimming laps in one of Newcastle’s ocean baths will do just fine!

Natalie’s Glowing Skin Smoothie Recipe

1 Cup of either coconut water, almond milk or coconut milk
1 small frozen banana or ½ large frozen banana
1 serve of Nutra Organics Collagen Skin Hair Gut Health Powder (available from reception at Mullen Health)
½ cup frozen Rasperries or berries of choice
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsn pepitas
1tbsn hemp seeds
½ cup ice

Optional extra – a serve of plant based protein powder of choice.

Add all ingredients into a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
