Police fear the man dubbed the Cardiff Creep has struck again, this time near Glendale.
A 15-year-old girl was walking to school along Impala Street and onto a footpath behind the Edgeworth McDonalds restaurant into George Street when she noticed a man standing facing bushes.
The girl passed the man before looking back to see him performing a lewd act.
She then walked away quickly and sough help from a resident.

The man’s described as being Caucasian in appearance with tanned
skin, about 180cm tall with a muscular build and grey to white receding hair.
He was clean shaven with a heavy jaw-line.
Lake Macquarie police are looking into the possibility this indecent act may
be linked to an incident that was reported last month where a man was seen
loitering in the grounds of Cardifff High School.
In that incident, which occurred on Tuesday August 29 2017, the man is
described as being of a medium build, with an olive/tanned complexion, about
175 cm tall, with dark coloured hair, and unshaven.
He was wearing a grey jumper, black tracksuit pants, and prescription
glasses.
Lake Macquarie Police are continuing investigations and would appreciate any information from the community that may
assist.
