Dr Josephine Gwynn

In the interview with Jack Hodgins on this edition of Wellbeing, Dr Gwynn speaks about how well Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities have handled COVID-19, and what this can tell us about the general health and wellbeing of these communities.

Dr Josephine Gwynn was awarded The University of Newcastle’s Faculty of Health Staff Award in 2011 for indigenous collaboration. Her research interests focus on young aboriginal people and their nutrition, physical activity, well-being related determinants and community governance.
